After installing IE7 I did not like it and decided to uninstall it hoping to find myself back with IE6. I did so but now Internet Explorer does not work! When I try to re-install IE6 it tells me that a more recent installation exists and therefore cannot proceed. How can I get out of this mess? I am using Windows XP and SP2. Thanks for any suggestions. I've never had a problem uninstalling IE7 from Add/remove Programs, so it's a little baffling. Anyway, I would simply do a System Restore to the point just ...

My wife likes to use MSN Explorer instead of Outlook Express or Outlook. The only problem is that lately everytime she signs on, she gets an error message that says "Your current security settings prohit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly." When you click "okay" in the error dialog box, it completely closes down MSN Explorer. You can not go a step further. Very frustrating. We only get this error message when running MSN Explorer for the Browser or Email. ...
