Hello Android World! I deleted my ING direct banking app because I noticed there was a newer version out 2.1.1 which I thougth could have helped the quirkiness of the app I had and then discovered that the newer version was not compatible with my LG P509 phone on Android 2.2 even tough it should be a high enough version of Android to be compatible. Does anyone know where I can get the version 2.0.1 back? I did not have it backed up. Thanks! Jason

Hi guys, we're starting up an app company and have some pressing questions So let's say you expect to have 1000 purchases of your app per month, which is the best business account to use? 1. ING (no fees, but online only. More of a place to "park money") 2. HSBC (no monthly fees, low transaction fees) 3. Regular banks (fees, but convenient to use) I also don't understand how the money would flow, would the purchases go to Apple first, then they pay your company 1 time per month? In that case, Apple handles ...

Pros and Cons. I have Wells Fargo app. Nothing special, but really like location based ATM finder. Bank of America, has an Android app. I use Define exactly what you mean by "best". I find USAA's very handy due to the Deposit@Mobile feature. IIRC, Chase has something similar. ING now has an app as well. It's kinda barebones. Chase should be releasing their app soon. Ok, "best" is irrelevant here. Want kind of personal experience and satisfaction level of various bank apps. Quote: Originally Posted by ...

The same thing, i want it for the branch locators also. If this is not possible by the IPhone SDK framework, then what all the others things we need to implement, to achieve this? Many THanks Mark You need to have a database of every ATM and branch location, then you need to compare the current location against the database to find ...

So yesterday I got my first Android device ever. The Asus Transformer Infinity. So far I am very pleased, however, I noticed that the only payment method in the Google Play Store is a Credit Card or a Debit Card. I only have a Maestro card. I can charge my paypal account with it, buy stuff in iTunes through Click&Buy very easily. Only Google Play Store does not seem to work for me. I do want to use it though for music etc. So I came across stuff like Virtual/Cyber credit cards. My bank, as far as I know, ...

I'm sure I'm not the only person here who can't effectively buy apps/games from the Market due to the stupidity of pricing them in multiple currencies?? I'm in the UK but I'm sure it affects other places too - if I buy an App/Game which is priced in any currency but my own (e.g. EUs or Dollars in my case) I'll pay a small commission (fair enough) and a LARGE fee on every transaction. The lack of a shopping basket means I'll pay that fee on EVERY purchase too - e.g. I'm not going to be buying much. The fee ...

So one of the major things that I was taking into consideration when thinking of whether to buy an iPhone or a Nexus S was what I kept reading everywhere: that the apps for the iOs are superior, but that they are improving all the time on Android. I can't seem to get something really updated though saying exactly how improved the Android apps are though. I don't really any have Android experience but have used my partner's and friends' iPhones a bit so am a bit familiar with the cooler/better apps ...
