Firstly I want to say that I am not an SEO profi and I'm sure that my site will make a pro laugh but I have learned everything from this forum and I want to try and put something back. Google, in their wisdom, have managed to change things in my little World.....dramatically; from what I can see everything that is related to a "one word" search now comes up with 95% semi related rubbish and has managed to reduce the input from local enterprises down to nearly nothing in favour of huge sites who charge for ...

I am having a major problem with one of my sites. I have asked this question in multiple seo forums and no-one yet can explain this. (So if you read other forums, you may have seen this already). The problem I'm having is very strange. The home page of my site is a PR4 indexed home page. According to webmaster tools and the site: command it is indexed. If you pull a unique phrase ( a phrase that is on my page and no other) from this page, put quotes around it and google it, you will get 0 results found. ...

I apologize if this has already been covered here elsewhere: but I couldn't find my answer so here goes: Most of us know the importance nowadays to vary the anchor text in IBL's pointing to your home page from external websites; but what about for internal links to your own website pointing say to your home page? I can't seem to get a definitive answer to this question. One says one thing, somebody else says something different. So do you have to use the word "Home" as the anchor text when linking an ...

My site requires: 1. At least 10 MySQL databases (This would be free, right?) 2. PHP processing ability (???) 3. HTML, Javascript processing ability (I'm pretty sure this one is basic.) 4. .htaccess processing (Linux only? If so, any alternatives?) Main Questions: 1. Is it possible to set up a server using my computer? 2. How much would it cost? 3. Are there any major pros or cons that I should be aware of? 4. Is there any min requirement for the hosting computer? Thanks to anyone who can provide any ...

I am a webmaster for a small company that has a small online business. The business is based around credit/leasing/rent to own programs to sell things like TV's/Computers/Furniture/Rims/Appliances etc... with an online application. So web traffic is extremely important. I have looked with the Google Analytics and recently the WMT to try to find what I need to do. It seems our computer galley and big screens were getting the most hits so I tried to elaborate on those. Each area (like televisions) has its ...

Florida Rentals, Florida Homes For Rent, Florida Rental Properties or Florida Rentals, Homes For Rent, Rental Properties Any guidance is greatly appreciated. The best option is Florida:Rentals,Homes For Rent,Rental Properties Regards Repeating the locale will not help you in terms of ranking. It will also look like you are ...
