One thing that bugs me the most is looking at code or viewing the output source of a webpage and needing to format it before I start trying to fix it. When i write code I use a lot of white space and try to comment every line so that if your were to take out the code you should be able to know what the script should do. I noticed alot of big websites are using links like these on google: www.prostores.com/newfeatures/ www.mailchimp.com/pricing/ forums.seochat.com/google-optimization-7/ Whats the best way to do this? I would think they aren't really making a folder for each page? I just want my site structure to look very clean and I like the look above. Just add an index.html, index.asp or index.php in the folder. So www.prostores.com/newfeatures/index.html www.mailchimp.com/pricing/index.html ...

I'm trying to build an advertising system. Users register accounts and each account is configured to hold up to 8 possible advertisements. I created and ad_acc table to store all the account information. There is a site0 variable there to reference data stored on the ad_url table. That works fine. But when I try to add a foreign key for site1 to also access the same table it doesn't work. <?php include "sql.php"; $dbh = mysql_connect("localhost", "...", "..."); sqlit("USE ..."); sqlit("DROP TABLE IF EXISTS ...

Hi. I am sending an email with the mail() function. This email has a url in it with a query string EX: http://www.google.com?lang=fr&test=1 In the email, it looks formatted ok. when i click the actual link i get sent to Ex: http://www.google.com?lang=fr&test=1 It encodes the & as & which breaks the php class processing the request. Is there any work around to this? It's doing htmlencoding on the link at some point. Can you post your code? Yes, code would be ideal; are you using HTML-formatted ...
